Last 2 week ago,we had to go Rockanje village to apply resident permit in city hall.
There have a bigger city hall than our village,I don't know exactly but I saw many people come and use their service there.May be like our (ၿမို့နယ္စၫ္ပင္ရုံး).
look so quiet.
